the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight….
……in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.
But do this with gentleness and respect.
John 1 tells us that Jesus came into this world, as God incarnate, “full of grace and truth”.
These two characteristics are often utilised with polarising actions
Grace, with compassion
Truth, with firmness
But they are handled together, with gentleness
God is love. End of story.
